Michael is a registered U.S. patent attorney at the Law Offices of Scott Warmuth, where he practices intellectual property law. Michael specializes in intellectual property (patent, trademark, copyright) prosecution and litigation support, and licensing transactions. With his strong and diverse technical background, he prepares and prosecutes patent application in various technology fields including chemistry, nano/biotechnology, microfluidics, semiconductor fabrication/packaging, vehicle navigation device/system, software, mechanical devices and novel human machine interfaces (HMI). Michael received his Master of Science degree in Biomedical/Mechanical Engineering from UCLA, and earned his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in Denver, Colorado. Prior to law school, Michael worked as a research scientist in a start-up biotech company developing a hand-held DNA detection device.
