Workers’ Compensation Attorney
Alexis Orlando is a workers’ compensation attorney with over 18 years of experience as an attorney and 25 years of experience in the workers’ compensation practice area. Ms. Orlando began her career in workers’ compensation upon graduating from Westmont College, even before entering law school. While attending Whittier Law School, Ms. Orlando received the American Jurisprudence Award (highest grade) in Constitutional Law and the CALI Award for Excellence (highest grade) in Contracts. She was also a member of Whittier Law Review, writing an article on the issue of Constitutional Law and Civil Rights which was later published. Ms. Orlando graduated cum laude.
After passing the bar, Ms. Orlando was hired by a prominent workers’ compensation defense firm. For more than a decade she litigated hundreds of cases as a defense attorney. In 2012, Ms. Orlando received her certification as a Workers’ Compensation Specialist from the California State Bar.
Ms. Orlando’s is dedicated to helping injured workers navigate the complex workers’ compensation system. Her significant litigation experience in workers’ compensation defense provides her with the advantage of understanding how best to advance applicants’ cases.
Ms. Orlando is based in southern California and handles cases in Los Angeles and surrounding areas.
