Brendean Luce
Workers’ Compensation Attorney
Brendean Luce is a workers’ compensation attorney with the Law Offices of Scott Warmuth. Brendean’s legal practice has been shaped through his experience with a wide variety of practice areas.
While attending Santa Clara University Law School, he worked for the Innocence Project, which pursues criminal appeals for wrongly convicted individuals. He also held officer positions in the Santa Clara University branch of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and co-authored a public comment to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) with the Broadband Regulatory Clinic. Brendean graduated with honors, focusing on intellectual property law. Upon his graduation, he practiced civil litigation, trust and estate, and intellectual property law.
Brendean transitioned to workers’ compensation law in 2016, working for a statewide defense firm. While defending insurance companies, he performed claim defense litigation, as well as lien resolution and litigation. His unique experiences have taught him the methods that insurance companies use to reduce workers’ compensation benefits. With this knowledge, Attorney Luce is well-prepared to represent his clients’ best interests and how to best pursue your workers’ compensation claim.
Brendean is based in Sacramento and handles cases in the Sacramento–Roseville and surrounding areas.
