Attorney Flora Ruoyu Li was born and raised in a southern coastal city of China, Guangzhou and is a native Cantonese speaker. Her journey with law began when she volunteered at a legal clinic while in high school, fostering a strong desire to become an attorney. During her education, Flora became an exchange student at Chicago-Kent College of Law and participated in Model United Nations. Her experiences confirmed her passion for her chosen field of study. She obtained a Bachelor of Laws and pursued further education in the United States.
Flora relocated to Los Angeles to attend the UCLA School of Law, where she graduated with a Master of Laws degree. She began working at the Law Offices of Scott Warmuth soon after as a Case File Manager in the personal injury department. As she became more acclimated to living in the United States, Flora took the final step and passed the California Bar exam to become an attorney. She now continues her work for the Law Offices of Scott Warmuth as a personal injury attorney.
