Criminal Defense Attorney
Jason Ginsberg has practiced criminal defense, workers’ compensation law, and immigration law throughout his career as an attorney. Mr. Ginsberg began his career as a public defender in the Jackson County Public Defender’s Office located in Kansas City, Missouri. He has handled all types of cases ranging from traffic matters to major felonies. Mr. Ginsberg moved to Los Angeles and continued working as a private criminal defense attorney in several firms, handling criminal cases in almost every county in the state of California.
Mr. Ginsberg is licensed to practice in all courts in California and Missouri. Mr. Ginsberg is also admitted to practice law in both the Central and Southern Districts of California in Federal Courts. Mr. Ginsberg has handled over two dozen felony jury trials. He has also prepared criminal appeals and writs of Habeas Corpus. Additionally, he has personally handled more than a thousand DUI matters in both California and Missouri.
Mr. Ginsberg chose to attend law school to defend the rights of those accused of criminal conduct. Mr. Ginsberg has also provided pro bono work for individuals with Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA). He continues to protect the rights of those accused with the Law Offices of Scott Warmuth.
While not working he enjoys spending time with his family, following college basketball, practicing as a drummer, and hiking the canyons of Los Angeles.
