Criminal Litigation and Workers’ Compensation
Jason Ginsberg has practiced both criminal defense and Workers’ Compensation Law during his 28 years as an attorney. Mr. Ginsberg’s career is a voice for the voiceless defendants and workers in all courts in the state of California. Mr. Ginsberg began his career as a public defender in the Missouri State Public Defender’s Office in Kansas City, Missouri trying both misdemeanor and felony cases. Mr. Ginsberg has practiced criminal law in California while also engaged in Workers’ Compensation defense and applicant work. He works in the workers’ compensation department in the Law Offices of Scott Warmuth and runs the Criminal Defense department. He has tried cases before the WCAB In California.
Mr. Ginsberg is licensed to practice before all California Courts. He is also admitted to the Central District and Southern District Federal Courts in California. He also is admitted to practice law before all courts in the State of Missouri. In addition to advocating for criminal defendant’s and injured workers, Mr. Ginsberg has provided pro bono services for individuals with Court Appointed Special Advocates.
While not working he spends his free time to his family and is a devoted fan of college basketball. He has continued as a practicing drummer and enjoys getting lost in the canyons of Los Angeles.
