Workers’ Compensation Attorney
Justin Drake is a Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law. Justin began his workers’ compensation practice with a state-wide workers’ compensation firm representing law enforcement, correctional officers, and other public safety employees. More recently he practiced workers’ compensation defense with prominent statewide firms. He decided to return to his roots and focus on helping injured workers navigate California’s complex workers’ compensation system. Justin is committed to ensuring injured workers are fairly compensated for their injuries. Even when representing employers, Justin strived to reach prompt resolutions rather than prolong the process. With his knowledge of the tactics defense firms use, Justin knows how to help his clients obtain the compensation to which they are entitled.
While studying law, Justin had internships with the Sacramento County Public Defender and the McGeorge Landlord-Tennant clinic. He was also a Judicial Extern for the Hon. Judge Paul Katz in Maricopa County Superior Court, Arizona.
Justin received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan and his law degree from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Justin was a four-year letter winner for the University of Michigan Swimming and Diving Team that won two Big Ten team championships. He also earned three NCAA Honorable-Mention All-American individual awards.
Justin is based in Sacramento and handles cases from Sacramento, the Greater Central Valley, and parts of the Bay Area.
