Immigration Attorney




Wen (Vivian) Long focuses her practice primarily in immigration law, including removal defense, employment-based and family-based immigration petitions, L-1, H-1B, U visa, VAWA, Waivers. She represents clients before immigration court, BIA and USCIS.
Vivian is admitted to practice law in both California and New York. She joined the Law Offices of Scott Warmuth back in 2015 and has been working at Immigration department since then. She worked as case manager and legal assistant before becoming an attorney with various experience in the field of immigration law practice. She also volunteered at Mental Health Advocacy Services in 2015. Vivian is a member of AILA, LACBA, and SCCLA. She is fluent in Mandarin and English.
Vivian was born and raised in Kunming, China. She earned her LL.M. from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law in 2015. Prior to law school, she graduated from Southwest University of Political Science & Law with a degree in Law in 2014.
